genEquality is showcasing at the 2018 Speak Up, Rise Up storytelling festival!

In preparation for the genEquality Showcase at SURU, we are hosting a writer’s workshop for people from all walks of life. The goal is to share and inspire action in our daily lives in order to advance gender equality. The workshop focuses on honing the anecdotes and actions that everyone can take to advance gender equality at home, at work, and everywhere in between.

Participants will leave with a well-crafted story and a plan to inspire others to take action as well.

Attendees of the workshop are encouraged to share their stories at the Speak Up, Rise Up festival on August 10th!
